MESSAGE FOR EMPLOYERS WHO ACH AND HAVE BANK FILTERS

EMPLOYER ACTION REQUIRED BY JULY 19
PLEASE FORWARD TO YOUR FINANCE OR ACCOUNTING TEAM

Attention Sterling Employer Clients:
This is an important message for our clients who pay us by ACH, and who also have a filter on their bank account.  You should have received an email from us regarding this matter on July 2. You will also be receiving it a few times before July 19.

In late July, Sterling Administration is moving banking vendors to an all-inclusive bank. In order to keep your payments running smoothly, actions need to be taken by our clients who pay us by ACH and who also have a filter on their accounts. We very much appreciate your patience and cooperation with this process.

You should have received an email from Sterling Administration with a list of banking IDs to add and remove by Friday July 19, to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of your ACH payments and to remove debit blocks and filters.

Your organization’s finance and accounting professionals will understand the instructions we have emailed you.

Please contact us if you have not received this information.

Thank you,

The Sterling Administration Team
