First, our thoughts are with you and your families during this challenging time.

We are writing to you today with a quick message to let you know that thanks to remote working and online processes, Sterling has been able to maintain little to no disruption in service.

However, there is one area that is experiencing a slowdown, and that is any activity involving paper checks that our clients send us. It is taking us a bit longer to process incoming paper checks. However, we have an online ACH option for all payments which is a much faster option.
