Sterling Retiree Billing

 

Effective for January 1, 2020 business, Sterling administers Retiree Billing to employers who offer their retirees the option to continue their health benefits. Sterling will send the bill to the participant, collect their payment and remit the collected premiums to the employer. Sterling offers online payment and monthly auto payment aside from mailing their payments. Late payment reminders are sent out for payments not received by a certain date. Employers can choose payment grace periods.
